Delivery & Returns
The essential purchase, delivery and return terms.
Delivery
- Shipping is ₩3,000 and free over ₩50,000.
- Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled through customer service before dispatch.
- After dispatch, the return process applies.
Returns
- Contact customer service within 7 days of receipt.
- Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping; defects or incorrect deliveries are covered by the seller.
- Opened or consumed food products may not be returnable for change of mind.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is checked.
